Now Hiring: Part-Time Barista (Front-of-House)
Updated May 12, 2025
We’re currently hiring for a part-time barista to join our front-of-house team. This position includes 4 closing shifts per week (12pm–6:30pm) with the possibility of picking up mid-shifts (24–26 hours/week to start). After successful completion of orientation and training, team members may scale up to 5 shifts/week. Weekend availability is required.
We’re a fast-paced café with consistent lines out the door. Ideal candidates thrive in a high-energy, collaborative setting with smooth operations and clear systems. Preference is given to those with open availability and previous specialty coffee experience, but a willingness to learn and team fit matter most.
Pay is $16.66/hr + tips, which typically add $10–12/hr thanks to our generous guests.
We recommend stopping by to experience the café for yourself before applying. It’s the best way to see if this work environment feels like the right fit for you.
